This privacy policy applies to the collection and use of personal information by or on behalf on Burdens Plumbing Victoria Pty Ltd.

Promotions may take place occasionally where personal information is collected from members of the public. Burdens is committed to the safekeeping and responsible use of this information and this policy details how personal information is collected, used, disclosed and protected.

Collection and Use
Personal information may be collected upon competition entry for the purpose of database construction. The database will be used to contact participants regarding future offers and promotions.
Personal information is not automatically gathered in any way. Information is only collected when voluntarily supplied by the participant.

Disclosure
Information is shared only with a third party that may be running the competition on behalf of Burdens. The third party are legally bound to terms which state that they may not contact entrants in any way as a result of a database entry, they must simply collaborate and present the database to Burdens.
Personal information is not shared with any other organisations, unless we have a legal duty or right.
We do not sell, trade or lease customer information.

Security
Secure computer storage facilities are used to house personal information. Precautions have been taken so that personal information is protected from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, modification and disclosure.
